Policies & Course Information
Enrollment Policy
Enrollment in Frontline Focus courses is completed on a first-come, first-served basis. A registration form and any required deposit or payment must be received to secure a seat in class. Enrollment is not guaranteed until confirmation has been provided by Frontline Focus.
Class sizes may be limited to ensure an optimal instructor-to-student ratio and hands-on learning experience.
Payment Policy
Payment requirements vary by course and will be outlined during registration.
- Full payment may be required for certain courses at the time of registration.
- Longer programs, including EMT courses, may require a non-refundable deposit to reserve a seat.
- Remaining balances must be paid by the published deadline prior to the course start date.
- Failure to submit payment by the deadline may result in forfeiture of enrollment.
Cancellation & Refund Policy

Certain certification courses and state-approved programs have mandatory attendance requirements. Excessive absences, tardiness, or missed required content may result in dismissal from the course or inability to receive certification.
